1. General
By placing an order on The Mahoha, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Products
All our products are carefully curated and described as accurately as possible. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customized or sale items are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Liability
The Mahoha is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is used solely for order processing and will never be shared with third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store implies acceptance of the updated terms.
