Standard delivery within Egypt: 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.
Free shipping on orders above 4000 EGP.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via our social media or email, and we'll make it right.
Important Notes
We currently ship within Egypt only.
Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons (Ramadan, holidays, etc.).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
